Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026 · Applies to app.propertyflow.info and the PropertyFlow service
These terms have not yet been reviewed by an attorney — treat them as a solid, accurate starting point, not a final legal document. Have them reviewed by qualified legal counsel before relying on them, especially the liability and dispute-resolution sections.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a PropertyFlow account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're creating an account on behalf of a company or organization, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. What PropertyFlow Is

PropertyFlow is a property management platform for property managers, HOAs, condominium associations, landlords, and storage/facility owners ("Property" accounts), and for contractors and service providers ("Vendor" accounts). Residents, board members, and property staff use PropertyFlow by invitation from their property's administrator.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

4. Your Account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use PropertyFlow for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access another property's or vendor's data without authorization; upload malicious files; interfere with the security or normal operation of the service; or misrepresent your identity or authority to manage a property or vendor company.

6. Vendor Network

PropertyFlow's Vendor Network connects properties with service providers. A subscription gives a vendor company visibility and access to opportunities — it does not guarantee leads, assignments, or revenue. PropertyFlow charges subscription fees only; properties pay vendors directly for work performed, outside the platform.

7. Data & Content

You retain ownership of the content and data you enter into PropertyFlow. You grant us the right to host, store, and display that data as necessary to provide the service to you and the users you invite.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

PropertyFlow is provided "as is." We work to keep the service reliable and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropertyFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe poses a security risk to the platform or its users.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as PropertyFlow evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
